1. Services

Gulfshore Maids LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides residential cleaning services in Naples, Florida and the surrounding Collier County area. Our services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and vacation rental turnover cleaning.

By booking a service, you agree to provide accurate information about the property and authorize our cleaning staff to enter and clean the designated areas.

2. Bookings & Scheduling

• Appointments are confirmed via email and/or SMS upon booking
• We reserve the right to reschedule in cases of staff illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost

3. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during booking
• Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of booking — additional charges may apply if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was described
• All prices are in US dollars

4. SMS Text Message Program Terms

By opting in to our SMS program through our consent form at gulfshoremaids.com/sms-consent, by providing your phone number during booking, or by otherwise indicating consent, you agree to the following:

• Program description: Gulfshore Maids LLC sends SMS messages to communicate appointment confirmations, day-before reminders, day-of arrival notifications, and booking updates
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service schedule — typically 2 to 4 messages per scheduled cleaning appointment
• Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan
• How to opt out: Reply STOP to any text message from us at any time. After opting out you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number
• How to get help: Reply HELP to any text message or contact us directly at (239) 932-3880 or brian@gulfshoremaids.com
• Consent is not required: You are not required to consent to receiving SMS messages as a condition of purchasing or receiving any service from Gulfshore Maids LLC
• Data sharing: SMS opt-in data and consent, including your mobile phone number collected for the purpose of SMS messaging, will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time
• Supported carriers: Our SMS program is supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers

5. Entry to Property

By scheduling a cleaning service, you grant Gulfshore Maids LLC and its cleaning staff permission to enter your property at the agreed-upon time to perform the scheduled services. You are responsible for ensuring our staff can access the property on the day of service.

6. Satisfaction & Quality

We are committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your clean, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will make it right at no additional charge. We document all cleans with before and after photos submitted through our booking system.

7. Liability

Gulfshore Maids LLC carries general liability insurance on all cleaning visits. In the event of damage caused by our staff during a service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will work with you in good faith to assess and resolve any claims. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service rendered.

We are not responsible for damage to items that were already damaged or fragile prior to our visit, or damage caused by pre-existing conditions of surfaces, fixtures, or materials.

8. Independent Contractors

Cleaning services may be performed by independent contractors engaged by Gulfshore Maids LLC. All contractors are background-checked and operate under our quality standards and policies.

9. Photography

Our cleaning staff submit photos of completed work through our booking system for quality assurance and internal record-keeping. We will not post photos of your home publicly without your explicit written or text-based consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in Collier County, Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any updated terms.
